A great easy, inexpensive health tip for your dog. You dog may live longer with better health, less fleas and less dog skin itching.
Make a homemade trap to get rid of those nasty gnats and fruit flies. Make a simple cheap do-it-yourself gnat trap using a sugar shaker and apple cider vinegar. Gnats are extremely attracted to the scent of vinegar. I found the sugar shaker at the Dollar Tree and change the water every few days. Leave the can in a space gnats usually inhabit, most likely your kitchen or dining area. The gnats will fly into the jar, but will be unable to leave. Dispose of the jar-and the gnats-and say goodbye to your gnat problem.
Apple Cider Vinegar
A spoonful of this stuff added to your dog’s water makes their skin more acidic and not-at-all tasty to fleas. If apple cider vinegar is not your dog’s cup of tea, you can dilute it 50/50 with water, pour into a spray bottle and use as a repellent.
